I work privately with leaders, creative directors, founders and professionals who want to think more clearly, decide more effectively and grow with intention. One-to-one advisory sessions offer a protected space to understand complexity, shift perspective and strengthen the personal foundations that support long-term performance.

My approach integrates business psychology, developmental coaching and more than twenty years of experience across the global fashion and luxury industry. I support clients in connecting their goals, identity, emotional patterns and decision-making so that their personal and professional lives become aligned and sustainable.

How sessions work

Sessions last 90 minutes and take place every week or every two weeks, depending on the rhythm and depth required. They are confidential, reflective and structured around your goals and emerging insights.

Work can be short-term and focused or long-term and developmental.
