Fabián Hirose is a consultant, strategist and coach with more than twenty years of experience in the global fashion and luxury industry. Born in Colombia and educated in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the United States and Japan, he integrates business acumen, design thinking and developmental psychology to help clients understand their commercial challenges more deeply and lead with clarity and confidence.

Through FHMC, the consulting practice of Fabian Hirose Management Consulting Ltd., he supports leaders, creative teams, and organisations around the world in navigating complexity with cultural intelligence, strategic depth, and human insight.

Fabián works closely with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams to unlock the long-term potential of a brand and its people. His early experience in multinational marketing environments, combined with international work across Europe, Asia and the Americas, has shaped a structured but human approach that strengthens financial performance and protects the cultural integrity of each brand.
